Exchange Policy
You may exchange your saree within 3 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as delivered—neatly packed.
Please note, we do not offer a pickup facility. Customers are kindly requested to arrange the return shipment at their own expense.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition and must be supported by a complete unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the parcel until the end. The product should be returned within 4 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
