- We currently ship orders within India.
- International shipping may be introduced in the future.
Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business daysafter payment confirmation.
- Customized or pre-order products may take longer, and timelines will be informed at the time of purchase.
Delivery Timeline
- Delivery time depends on your location and our courier partners.
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days(major cities).
- Remote areas may take longer.
- Unexpected delays due to courier/logistics issues, holidays, or natural events are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shippingon orders above a certain value, as per promotional offers.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.
- If the package is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
Damaged / Tampered Packages
- If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please do not accept

- We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
